Hand Tool Woodworking Demonstrations

Hand Tool Woodworking Demonstrations by Bob RozaieskiIs your woodworking club or guild looking for a new and interesting program for their next meeting? Does your museum need an historical craft interpreter for a special event or day? I am available for traditional woodworking demonstrations or seminars. I’ve studied the trade from the early colonial period in the 1600’s through the mid 1800’s. I can put together a custom program for your organization, which can optionally include costumed interpretation, based upon your specific needs.

An example of possible topics might include:

  • Wood: From Tree to Furniture
  • Introduction to Traditional Woodworking Hand Tools
  • Sharpening Western Hand Saws
  • Sharpening and Tuning Hand Planes and Chisels
  • Hand Shaping Cabriole Legs
  • Hand Cutting Traditional Joinery

If you’re interested in a demonstration, please contact me to discuss possible topics for your program.
