Porringer Top Tea Table

A stylish resting place for your afternoon cup

A porringer is a small bowl with handles extending from the sides. These bowls were very common in the 15th through 18th centuries. These tables may have been called porringer tables due to the rounded corners that resemble the handles on a porringer bowl. The cabriole legs give the table an elegant and delicate stance. These tables make wonderful side pieces when placed next to a couch or wing chair.
